UPC-7000/7050系列為環氧二液型熱固化阻焊油墨,具有良好印刷性,固化速度快,涂膜硬化后具有優良的附著力、絕緣性、耐熱性、及化學性,特別適用於雙面及多層板線路板。

UPC - 7000 ink is a two-parts, epoxy based, thermally curable solder resist, specifically designed for printing circuit board. The resist provides excellent adhesion property during the soldering process. It has excellent chemical and electrical property.
