UPC– 9000系列為二液型光顯像阻焊油墨, 具有優良的附著性、耐熱性、抗化性及絕緣性,並具有良好的塞孔性,抗化金性,特別適用於高精密度雙面及多層板之製造。

UPC – 9000 ink is a two-parts photoimageable solder resist. The resist provides excellent adhesion, solder resistance , chemical resistance and electrical property .It can be used in plug- hole and electrolees gold plating processes. Specifically be used for high density printing circuit board production.
